The Advent Church Management System is your primary membership census management system. Shown here is the membership management screen, where all personal information for individual members is tracked. Notice the user defined fields in the middle of the screen (the first one has been relabeled "Emergency Contact"). Also notice the e-mail address with the mailbox icon; clicking the mailbox allows you to e-mail the member directly from this screen. Finally, notice the tabs of detail information; in addition to the information shown, you can access the member's household information , ministry assignments, Sacramental records, and religious education history directly from their member screen.
